Introduction to Embedded Systems Lab Manual
During one of my electronics classes, a professor made note of my work, and approached me about an extracurricular project. He was looking to develop material for a new course, an introduction to embedded systems, at the intersection of hardware, and programming.
I accepted the challenge, identified literature that would be appropriate for the subject, designed a course progression, designed a series of practical exercises around the material, and wrote a lab manual.

The whole process was challenging, but very rewarding, and while not perfect, does seem to me to be a solid foundation for further refinement.
The project is open source, and available at the Introduction to Embedded Systems GitHub Page.
